Any aspect involving the older cast was much better than every aspect that involved the younger cast, from story to characters, cast, writing, acting, dynamics and overall existence. It needed to have better pacing, things were moving too fast for the last episode. Either extend it a bit or pace it properly, although the latter is preferable...
