About Film
Four teenage girls go on a diving adventure to explore a submerged Mayan city. Once inside, their rush of excitement turns into a jolt of terror as they discover the sunken ruins are a hunting ground for deadly great white sharks. With their air supply steadily dwindling, the friends must navigate the underwater labyrinth of claustrophobic caves and eerie tunnels in search of a way out of their watery hell.

Less scares than the first one but still a good popcorn entertainer with the trademark emotional element (two step sisters here) and if you don't think about the details too much. 90 minutes of laid-back entertaining material to watch with your family and learn again why exploring abandoned lakes and underwater caves isn't a safe thing to do. Right, if Great White sharks have their equivalent of Equity, I'd be formulating a law suit against the producers of this nonsense for gross misrepresentation. For the most part, despite having this rather ripe collection of noisy young divers on their plates, the so-called monsters of the sea seem quite incapable of polishing them off....
